SMIL Support Improvements in Testing

The SMIL Improvements have now been opened up for testing by some selected third parties. This includes IAdea and a partner in Malaysia.

The current SMIL bridge only supports Full Screen content, and only shows current content, and does not support forward scheduling of content.

The improvements provide the following updates for the vast majority of SMIL devices. There are some devices which do not support multi zone layouts and forward scheduling.
